How do I use my Vuse Go 1000 ?
  • To begin using your Vuse go 1000, simply remove the top silicone plug and bottom sticker, then enjoy your vaping experience.
  • Remember to tilt the device at least 15 degrees with the mouthpiece facing upward while vaping. Avoid vaping with the mouthpiece facing downward or horizontally.
  • ·In the event that the bottom cover accidentally detaches during regular use, just click it back into place. This should have no adverse effects on the device's performance.
Why is there no vapour coming from my Vuse Go 1000?

If your Vuse Go 1000 isn't producing vapor, here are some possible reasons:

  • If the light flashes 10 times when you puff, the battery is likely depleted and should be responsibly disposed.
  • The silicone air channel bung or bottom sticker may still be in place; be sure to remove it before use.
  • Sometimes debris can obstruct the mouthpiece, simply clean it with a dry cloth to ensure smooth use.
  • Ensure the battery module is assembled correctly. Try removing and reassembling it.
  • Your Vuse Go 1000 might be locked. You can check your device status by pressing the button once briefly. If the light flashes 3 times, your device is locked. Press the button quickly
  • 3 times don't resolve the issue, contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance. If you see fast flashing lights reach out to us immediately.

  • The battery is engineered to deplete around the same time as the eliquid, ensuring a smooth transition and preventing burnt taste or dry puffs.
  • However, you may encounter these issues in the final few puffs before the battery runs out, as depletion time varies based on individual usage.

How do I use the button at the bottom of device?

Here's a simple guide on using the button at the bottom of the device:

- Switching Modes:

  • To switch from Base to Boost mode, press and hold the button for 1.5 seconds (blue light will turn on). Note: Boost may have higher aerosol temperature than base mode, if you feel uncomfortable at boost mode, please switch back to base mode and stay at base mode.
  • To switch back to Base mode, press and hold the button again until the light turns on.

- Locking and Unlocking Device:

  • Quickly press the button 3 times.
  • Always lock the device when not in use.

- Checking Device Status:

Press the button once briefly to check the device status:

  • Light on: Base mode
  • Blue light: Boost mode
