Once you have downloaded the Twisp Loyalty app, which is available for Apple and Android phones via the app stores, you can start earning points immediately when purchasing 20 ml Twisp eLiquids from a dedicated Twisp store.

The Twisp Loyalty app is available for Apple phones (in the App store) and Android phones (in the Play store).

If you do not have a smartphone, you can use a desktop or mobile browser (Windows based phones or Blackberry): Twisp Loyalty app.

Kindly follow the steps below to download the Twisp loyalty app:

• Open your app store (App store or Play store)
• Click in the search block and type in “Twisp”
• From the results, select Twisp Swarm Loyalty and install
• Click “accept”. Note, the app is 8.24MB in size
• Once the download is completed, select “open” or click on the Twisp logo app that will be shown on the home screen of your phone
• Your next step is to select the country you are living in and mobile number. Please enter your mobile number without the 0. Select Log in/ Register
• You will then be prompted to review the Twisp Loyalty app terms and conditions. You may read through the terms and conditions, and click “accept”
• An SMS will be sent to the phone number that was entered with a one-time pin access code (OTP). Enter the code and do not exit the app or code will be invalid. After entering the code select “complete”
• You will then be asked to complete your profile. By completing all information requested, you will earn 1 free Twisp loyalty stamp to your Loyalty card

When visiting a Twisp store to purchase a Twisp 20 ml eLiquid, you will need to provide the agents with your “Earn stamp” QR code to earn points.

You will find the “Get Stamp” QR code in your Loyalty card. Click on the "menu" icon (3 horizontal lines in the top left corner), then click on "Loyalty card", then click on "Get stamp"

“Rewards” is where you can view your reward and promotion vouchers available for redemption. The Flavour reward voucher is earned once you have reached your 7th stamp.

When you would like to redeem your voucher, you would need to provide the voucher to the agent when visiting Twisp store.

To access your Reward, click on the "menu" icon (3 horizontal lines in the top left corner), click on "Rewards" and choose which rewards voucher you would like to use and click on "Use".

Take note that when claiming the “Flavour reward” voucher, you would need to select 2 liquids of your choice.

One would have to be purchased and one will be free of charge.To earn points for the liquid paid for, you will be required to provide the agent with your “Get stamp” QR code.

NB: Vouchers earned will expire after 3 months (90 days) from date of activation. For more information, please view the terms and conditions in the "menu" icon to learn more about this.

The “loyalty card” is where you can view your current stamps earned. There are 6 circular blank blocks. The 7th block has a crown. The crown represents the voucher achievement. Once you have earned 7 full stamps, the stamps will be converted into a “Flavour reward” voucher. The Flavour reward is a “Buy 1 & Get 1 Free” voucher.

When visiting the Twisp store to purchase any 20 ml Twisp eLiquid, simply show the store agent the “Earn stamp” QR code located in your app to earn your points/stamps.

You will be able to find the “Earn stamp” barcode in the loyalty card tab in the menu bar on the main Twisp Loyalty app screen.These are then scanned at the point of purchase.
