GENERAL

WHO CAN USE VAPING DEVICES?
Our vaping devices are designed for adult smokers and adult users of nicotine products. They're not suitable for: people under the age of 18; people who are allergic/sensitive to nicotine; pregnant or breast-feeding women; people who should avoid tobacco or nicotine products for medical reasons; people with an unstable heart condition, severe hypertension or diabetes. Keep vaping products out of reach of children and pets.
WHAT IS A VAPING DEVICE?
Used by adult smokers who prefer a vaping experience, vaping devices are battery powered electronic devices which hold a liquid that normally contains nicotine unless you buy our zero-nicotine strength. There is no combustion, so the user inhales the liquid's vapour, rather than smoke. Although the nicotine can be derived from tobacco, vaping devices do not contain tobacco.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE VAPING PRODUCTS?
The largest variety of our products, including all strengths and flavours, should always be available at vuse.com or at any of our Twisp stores nationwide (subject to availability). You can find your nearest store via our Store Locator. Vaping devices can also be purchased from our verified retailers.
CAN I TRAVEL ABROAD WITH VAPING PRODUCTS?
We always advise to check with your airline before travelling. It is also important to check the countries’ laws and regulations regarding vaping devices.

YOUTH ACCESS PREVENTION

WHY DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY ID NUMBER?
As a responsible brand, no underage vaping is our priority, and to ensure Vaping products are only sold to adult consumers over the age of 18 - we will require you to enter your South African ID number when placing your first Vuse order from 11 November 2021.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT THE DELIVERY OF MY ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE?
Upon delivery of your first purchase, from 11 November 2021, our courier partner will verify your age by asking for your valid South African Driver’s License, ID Card or Green Barcoded ID document. Please have your valid document ready upon delivery of your Vuse products. Our courier partner will scan your ID , validate your full names and age on our behalf.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A VALID SOUTH AFRICAN ID NUMBER OR DOCUMENT?
Unfortunately, if you do not have an identity document that we can use to verify your age, we will be unable to complete the delivery of your products.
WILL I NEED TO BE VERIFIED AFTER EVERY PURCHASE THAT I MAKE ONLINE?
No! We only need to verify your age once. Any further orders placed online after your age has been verified will not require age verification.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY AND COMPLETE THE VERIFICATION PROCESS WITH YOUR COURIER PARTNER?
For us to complete your age verification, you will need to be available to accept your first delivery made from 11 November 2021 and present a copy of your valid South African Driver’s License, ID Card or Green Barcoded ID. If you are not available to accept your first delivery from 11 November 2021, the courier will need to co-ordinate a suitable time for you to accept your delivery as no 3rd party acceptance will be allowed until your age has been verified.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR MY AGE TO BE VERIFIED?
As members of the Vapour Products Association of South Africa (VPASA), the safety of our country’s youth is a cause that we care about deeply. By verifying your age, you are supporting the pledge we took to ensure that our products are not marketed to or consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
WILL MY AGE NEED TO BE VERIFIED AT VUSE INSPIRATION STORES OR RETAIL PARTNER STORES?
This is not mandatory, but our sales consultants may ask for you to present your ID to verify your age, from time to time, based on the Youth Access Prevention guidelines and their internal policies.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY POLICY?

CAN I RETURN A FAULTY DEVICE?
All new devices, spares and accessories come with a warranty against fault. This means that if your device or accessory stops working properly during the applicable warranty period, if all conditions are met, we will replace or repair it free of charge. CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS FOR RECYCLING?
We are committed to minimising our impact on the environment. If you purchase a Vuse or Twisp vaping device from us, you are entitled to return to us any used vaping device or pods and we will dispose of it on your behalf. Please see our Responsible Disposal page for more information.

CAN I SHIP TO A WORK ADDRESS?
Yes, you can add a workplace address in your Vuse address book, located under your account settings. We can deliver to work addresses within the borders of South Africa. Please note that the courier can only deliver to a person over the age of 18 years. Proof of identification will be required.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

I WASN’T IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
If you were not available to receive your order on the day of delivery, you can continue to track your parcel with the tracking number provided in your dispatch e-mail. Our couriers will attempt to delivery your parcel again for the next two days, before they return the parcel to us.
I WILL NOT BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY; CAN I RESCHEDULE?
If you have provided us with a valid cell phone number, you will receive an SMS from our courier with an estimated delivery time. The SMS will also provide you with options to reschedule, should you not be available.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
You will receive a tracking number from us provided in your dispatch email, when we dispatch your parcel. You can enter your tracking number on RAM’s website to track the order. You are also able to track your parcel via your order history on our website.
WHEN ARE ORDERS DISPATCHED?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, however there may be certain exclusions to this where you have placed your order later in the day or have selected a specific delivery method. Please visit our Delivery and Returns page for more information.
DO YOU SHIP DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS?
Our delivery service does not include shipment during public holidays and weekends. If you choose to place an order during this period, we will aim to ship it on the next working day. Please visit our Delivery and Returns page for more information.

If your order shows as ‘complete’, this means we have dispatched your order to our couriers. You will receive a tracking number from us provided in your dispatch email, when we dispatch your parcel. You can enter your tracking number on RAM’s website to track the order.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept debit, credit card and electronic funds transfer (EFT).
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?
Unfortunately not, but you can purchase from us online at vuse.com/za or visit your nearest Twisp store.
WHERE CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Orders cannot be amended once they have been placed. We recommend viewing your basket before proceeding to the checkout, to review your order before purchase. CAN I USE A NON-SOUTH AFRICAN CARD FOR ORDERS?

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS ON THE POD?
The Vuse Pod device has 6.5-watt battery power and 350mAh battery capacity.
WHEN SHOULD I CHANGE THE POD CARTRIDGE?
  • When it stops producing vapour
  • When the taste or quality of the vapour deteriorates
  • When you see that the eLiquid in the cartridge is all gone
HOW CAN I TELL IF MY POD CARTRIDGE IS EMPTY?
You may notice a deterioration in taste quality when the cartridge is low on eLiquid. Once this happens, the green LED light will begin to flash on your inhale and will not product any vapour. When this happens, you can change the cartridge for a new one. You can also quickly check the eLiquid level by removing the cartridge.
THERE IS NO VAPOUR COMING FROM MY POD - WHAT CAN I DO?
It could be one of several safety, or battery-related, reasons:
  • you may need to change your Vuse Pod cartridge
  • you may need to charge the battery
  • the Vuse Pod automatically shuts down if activated for more than five seconds at a time so try to inhale for a shorter duration
  • dirt might be blocking the connection between the device and the cartridge. You can use a dry cloth/tissue to clean the connections inside the top of the battery
WHAT ARE NICOTINE SALTS?
Nicotine salts provide consumers of vaping products with nicotine absorption similar to tobacco product usage. It further provides the consumer a smoother experience than free base e-liquid. In tobacco leaves, nicotine is naturally present in the form of nicotine salts, as a stable molecule. Nicotine is extracted and purified and becomes a free base nicotine, which is what commonly exists in most e-liquids today.
WHAT FLAVOURS USE NICOTINE SALTS?
All flavours within the Pod range use nicotine salts and are available in a variety of strengths. Have a look at our range of Vuse flavour pods.
HOW DO I CHARGE THE POD?
To avoid risk of fire, injury and/or damage to your Vuse product or other property, only charge your Vuse device with the equipment provided in your kit, or with compatible charging accessories. E-cigarettes should NOT be charged using the USB ports of televisions, or other audio-visual equipment that is not specifically designed for the purposes of charging lithium ion cells. All Lithium ion batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan. Dispose of your device if left un-used, without charging for period >2years. To extend the lifespan of your stored device, partially charge every 3 months.
WHAT DOES MAH MEAN?
The mAh stands for milliampere hour and indicates the electrical capacity of smaller batteries; how much charge the battery can provide.
HOW LONG DOES A VUSE DEVICE LAST FOR?
A well maintained and regularly used Vuse device is designed to last at least 12 months but will depend on your personal vaping behaviour. Vuse devices should last for about 300 full charge/discharge cycles, before battery efficiency deteriorates. This is common with all lithium-ion batteries but will depend on your personal vaping behaviour.

CAN I TRUST VUSE QUALITY?

HOW MANY PUFFS CAN I GET FROM ONE FLAVOUR POD?
Vuse flavour pods contain 1.9ml e-liquid and produce approximately 250 puffs* per cartridge.
*Based on laboratory testing of a full cartridge and may vary depending on usage behaviour.
WHAT DOES PUFF COUNT MEAN?
Puff count, for example “Up to 950 puffs per pod”, gives an indication of how many puffs a product will deliver, based on testing of the products at a set puff size. For non-rechargeable closed system products, such as Vuse Go, this is based on the number of puffs the product will deliver during its life, until the product no longer delivers a vapour. For rechargeable closed system products, such as Vuse Pod, this is based on the number of puffs the e-liquid [pod/cartridge] will deliver until the eliquid runs out.
HOW DO WE DETERMINE THE PUFF COUNT?
Puff count is determined by testing the product on a vaping aerosol collection machine (puffing engine). This machine is capable of carrying out 1000s of puffs that are identical. The puffing engine is programmed to puff the product according to set puffing parameters, one of these being the length of time for each puff (puff duration). The counting of the puffs stops at the point that the weight of aerosol produced per puff drops significantly. The final puff count is based on the average of the 5 samples tested.
HOW IS THE PUFF DURATION SET?
Each user of the product will have different patterns of use throughout the day and compared to other users of the product. This is an important factor to consider when setting the duration of the puff for testing. Considering this wide range of use patterns we carry out testing and report 2 different puff count figures that cover a representative range of puff durations based on product use.
1. A consumer experience puff count that more closely reflects a proportion of consumer usage behaviours.
2. A puff count based on the ISO 207681 vapour puffing regime standard (3 seconds).
Consumer puffing behaviour insights show that a 3 second puff duration is an over-estimate of puffing duration for the majority of users of non-rechargeable and rechargeable closed system products. To support consumer navigation of the products available, therefore, the consumer experience puff count on our packs is based on a 1 second puff duration testing regime and considers other potentially relevant factors. We will continue to use the ISO 207681 vapour puffing regime standard for scientific studies and regulatory submissions. As described above this puff count is based on laboratory testing and may vary depending on individual usage behaviours.

VUSE | DISPOSABLE VAPES

WHAT IS A DISPOSABLE VAPE?
Disposable vapes are conveniently-sized vape devices that are pre-loaded with e-liquid and come with a pre-charged battery, ready for immediate use.
HOW DOES A DISPOSABLE VAPE WORK?
Disposable vapes are activated through inhalation. When you inhale, the battery switches on and heats up the pre-loaded pod containing e-liquid. This heat then transforms the e-liquid into vapour, which is what you inhale.
HOW LONG DOES A DISPOSABLE VAPE LAST?
The Vuse Go is designed to provide approximately 500 puffs, and the Vuse Go Max can offer a longer-lasting experience, boasting up to 1,500 puffs. It's important to note that puff duration can vary based on an individual's usage patterns. Additionally, introducing the new product, the Vuse Go 3000 offers an impressive 3,000 puffs, ensuring an extended vaping experience for users. Similar to other Vuse Go devices, the actual number of puffs may still depend on individual usage habits.
CAN YOU REFILL DISPOSABLE VAPES?
Disposable vapes are specifically created for single-use purposes. After the e-liquid is fully consumed or the battery is depleted, it is recommended to discard the device in an environmentally responsible manner. Although the Vuse Go 3000 cannot be refilled, it is rechargeable which offers extended use.
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN A DISPOSABLE VAPE IS FINISHED?
You'll recognize that your disposable vape is finished when it no longer produces vapour. Our Vuse Go disposable vapes feature an LED light that will flash when it's time to dispose of your vape. The Vuse Go 3000 has a transparent Easy-View mouthpiece which allows you to easily check the e-liquid level.
HOW TO DISPOSE OF DISPOSABLE VAPES?
Disposable vapes are regarded as electronic waste and should be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. Another option is to make use of our own takeback scheme - just fill a collection bag, deliver it to your local Vuse Inspiration Store, and we'll take care of the rest.
WHAT FLAVOURS ARE AVAILABLE?
At Vuse, we provide a selection of e-liquid flavours, ranging from traditional choices like mint and tobacco to fruit-based options such as strawberry, watermelon, blueberry, and many others.
CAN I RECHARGE MY DISPOSABLE VAPE?
Vuse Go and Vuse Go Max cannot be recharged. Our Vuse Go 3000 is rechargeable using a type C-USB and has an approximate charging time of 90 minutes.
WHY IS MY DISPOSABLE VAPE NOT PRODUCING VAPOUR?
One common reason disposable vapes stop puffing out vapour is when you run out of e-liquid. Manufacturers give an estimate for the number of puffs, but remember, that's based on regular use. If you're taking a lot of big, deep puffs, your e-liquid could run out quicker than you'd think.

TWISP | CLEARO 3

HOW DO I REFILL MY TWISP CLEARO 3?
Consider refilling your Twisp Clearo 3 before completely empty. If you taste a burnt flavour it is due to the atomiser head drawing insufficient liquid. The atomiser may have run dry. The atomiser should be replaced.
  • To refill, simply unscrew the mouthpiece assembly from the atomiser tank while holding the device upright
  • Fill through one of the two circular fill ports on either side of the central air channel
  • Avoid overfilling as the liquid will spill over and the lack of air in the tank can result in poorer wicking of the eLiquid to the coil
  • Replace the mouthpiece assembly and screw closed. Always hold the tank section with one hand, while tightening the mouthpiece to avoid over tightening and jamming the connection to the battery
Be sure to allow a new atomiser head to soak for at least a couple of minutes before using.
Important to note: We recommend that you refill as soon as the liquid in the tank reaches the top of the Clearo 3 atomiser head - to ensure optimum flavour.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY TWISP CLEARO 3 COIL?
To change the atomiser head:
  • Unscrew the atomiser tank from the battery while holding the device upside down (tank facing downward)
  • Simply unscrew the old atomiser head and dispose responsibly
  • It is recommended to prime a new atomiser head by dripping a few drops of flavour into the top of the new atomiser head, to help soak the wick before heading. 3-5 drops should suffice
  • Screw the new atomiser head into the atomiser base and then screw the battery back on to the tank
  • Be sure to allow the new atomiser head to soak for at least a couple of minutes before using
  • Do not use water to clean the atomiser head
WHY AM I GETTING A BURNT TASTE WHEN USING THE TWISP CLEARO 3?
Atomiser heads will wear out over time. Replace the atomiser head when you taste a dry or burnt flavour. To change the atomiser head:
  • Unscrew the atomiser tank from the battery while holding the device upside down
  • Simply unscrew the old atomiser head and dispose responsibly
  • It is recommended to prime the new coil by dripping 2 drops of Twisp eLiquid into each cotton hole and 3 drops into the top of the new atomiser head
  • Screw the new atomiser head into the atomiser base and then screw the battery back on to the tank
  • Be sure to allow the new atomiser head to soak for at least a couple of minutes before using
  • Do not use water to clean the atomiser head
HOW DO I CLEAN MY TWISP CLEARO 3?
The tank section should be cleaned on a regular basis (recommend every flavour change or coil change) as trapped liquid can accumulate over time.
This will show up as a dark band at the base of the glass tank, this is normal, and can easily be avoided by cleaning the tank.
Always clean and dry the atomiser before storing without using for any lengthy period.
To clean:
  • Disassemble the Clearo 3 into its component pieces
  • Remove atomiser head and set aside
  • Place all components on a cloth or soft tissue to allow the remaining flavour to spill out
  • Wipe away any excess flavour from the Tank-Top, battery and inside the atomiser base
  • Rinse the tank components thoroughly with warm water
  • Wipe the components dry, reassemble and refill the atomiser tank as per the filling instructions
Important to note: Never use water to clean the atomiser head or the battery.
WHY IS MY TWISP CLEARO 3 TANK LEAKING?
Leaking can occur when air enters the tank. This is usually due to a crack in the tank or can mean a missing or damaged seal. Both are highly unlikely to happen in the case of the Twisp Clearo 3.
If your tank leaks out of the vent, please check the following:
  • Make sure to not leave the tank open for longer than necessary. This can be the primary reason for liquid leaking out of the tank. When open, there is no negative pressure to keep the liquid in and it can cause liquid to leak out
  • When refilling, open and refill, then close and seal the tank as quickly as possible
  • Check that there is an atomiser head in place, and correctly installed and that the atomiser head contains a clear top seal and a black bottom seal
  • Check for the presence of a clear silicone O-ring in the atomiser base. Make sure the tank and atomiser base are properly screwed together - finger tight is perfect
  • Make sure the tank is in good condition and there are no cracks
  • Check for the presence of the flat black rubber seal on the top cap insert. Make sure the mouthpiece assembly is properly screwed onto the tank
HOW DO I ADJUST THE MOUTHPIECE ON MY TWISP CLEARO 3?
The mouthpiece does have some free rotation that allows for easy repositioning to align the flat section to that of the power button. The mouthpiece only engages with the top cap insert in one location to allow for this free rotation without opening the tank. To open the tank, continue to turn the mouthpiece in an unscrewing direction until it engages with the top cap insert and then continue to unscrew the mouthpiece assembly off from the tank. Do not pull on the mouthpiece to open the tank.
HOW DO I REPLACE TANK PARTS ON MY TWISP CLEARO 3?
  • Unscrew and remove the tank section
  • Replace with the corresponding tank spare (sold separately)
HOW DO I CHARGE MY TWISP CLEARO 3?
  • Using the micro USB cable, connect the device to a powered USB port (e.g. laptop) not exceeding 5V to charge. Refer to the battery level LED status indications for charge levels
  • When the battery is fully charged, all the lights around the button will stay on
  • Full charge takes about 1.5 hours. You can use your Twisp Clearo 3 while charging, but if low voltage protection flashes (single top LED flashes), we suggest you charge for a while before use
WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT LED INDICATORS ON MY TWISP CLEARO 3 MEAN?
  • Charge level indication takes place around the button after every button press. Five LED lights are used to indicate the level of the charge in 20% increments. A full ring indicates a full battery. As the charge drops the lights go out in an anti-clockwise direction
  • Charging is indicated by the same five LED lights. As the charge increases, so do the number of lights, in a clockwise direction
  • Short circuit protection: In the unlikely event that your atomiser head or battery short circuits, the power will shut off, and the top two LED lights will flash alternately. Please change your atomiser head or contact Vuse Care should the problem persist
  • Overheat protection: If the button is pressed for longer than 10 seconds, the power will shut off to prevent damage to the atomiser head, and the button lights will cycle anti-clockwise for few seconds. The device can continue to be used normally thereafter
  • Low voltage protection: When the battery voltage drops lower than required, a single LED will flash at the 1 o’clock position and the device will power off. Charge the device and power it back on
  • If the battery is not connecting correctly to the atomiser head, all the LEDs will flash

TWISP | CLEARO POD

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWISP CLEARO 3 AND THE TWISP CLEARO POD?
The Clearo Pod is a refillable Pod style device in a more compact form-factor. The Clearo Pod offers adjustable airflow and adjustable power which can be boosted. Compared to the Clearo 3 it features a larger battery and a replaceable, refillable pod for easy flavour changes.
HOW DO I ADJUST THE AIRFLOW ON MY TWISP CLEARO POD?
The Twisp Clearo Pod has an adjustable airflow control ring at the atomiser base of the pod. The benefit of this is to better customise the airflow and tailor it to your preferred vaping style or flavour. It also offers a wider range of airflow for those that prefer a looser draw, or to balance out the extra power on hand.

Adjust the airflow ring on the atomiser base found at the bottom of the pod and test it by both drawing air through before inserting, and then after inserting and activating - until you are satisfied with the perfect Classic (MTL) experience to suit your vaping needs. Once inserted, the pod airflow will remain perfectly tuned until you want to change it up again.

HOW DO I REPLACE MY ATOMISER HEAD OR COIL IN MY TWISP CLEARO POD?
The Twisp Clearo Pod’s atomiser head is the same as that of the Twisp Clearo 3. To replace the atomiser head:
  • Remove the pod from the battery
  • Make sure the tank is empty. Now turn the tank upside down
  • Lift the D-ring and unscrew the atomiser base
  • Unscrew the Twisp Clearo atomiser head from the base and dispose responsibly
  • It is recommended to prime a new atomiser head by dripping a few drops of flavour into the top of the new atomiser head, to help soak the wick before heading. 3-5 drops should suffice
  • Replace the atomiser head and re-assemble
  • Fill up your pod and wait a few minutes to allow for proper wicking before use
Important to note: To prolong atomiser head life, we recommend using only one flavour per atomiser head. It is highly recommended that you have multiple pods so that you can dedicate a flavour to a single pod and atomiser head. The variable airflow can be adjusted per pod, ensuring that you have optimum balance between airflow and flavour.
WHY AM I GETTING A BURNT TASTE WHEN USING MY TWISP CLEARO POD?
Consider refilling your pod before completely empty. There should always be some liquid covering the 4 wicking slots on the inside of the pod.

If you taste a burnt flavour it is due to the atomiser head drawing insufficient flavour. the atomiser may have run dry. The atomiser should be replaced.

Atomiser heads do wear out over time. Replace the atomiser head when you taste a dry or burnt flavour. To change the atomiser head:
  • Remove the pod from the battery
  • Make sure the tank is empty or low and upside down
  • Lift the D-Ring and unscrew the atomiser base
  • Unscrew the Twisp Clearo atomiser head from the base and dispose of responsibly
  • Prime your new atomiser head by dripping 6-7 drops of liquid onto each feeding hole on the coil (white holes on the side of your coil) and allow it to seep completely inside the coil then move to the next feeding hole in a clockwise direction. Replace the atomiser head and re-assemble
  • Fill up your pod and wait a few minutes to allow for proper wicking before use
Important to note: It is recommended to refill your pod after inserting a new coil.
HOW DO I REFILL MY TWISP CLEARO POD?
Consider refilling your pod before completely empty. There should always be some liquid covering the 4 wicking slots on the inside of the pod.
  • Rotate the pod/device so that the silicone flap is facing upwards
  • Gently lift the silicone tab from the dot side of the flap
  • Fill the tank through the exposed fill port, do not overfill the pod, as an air lock can form
  • Replace the seal, ensuring that the seal is fully flush within the filling recess
  • If the pod was removed from the battery, please re-insert
WHY IS MY TWISP CLEARO POD LEAKING?
Leaking occurs when air can enter the tank. This is usually due to a crack in the tank or a missing or damaged seal.

If your tank leaks out of the vent, please check the following:
  • Make sure the atomiser base seal is present and undamaged
  • Check that there is an atomiser head in place, and correctly installed
  • Make sure the pod tank and atomiser base are properly screwed together - finger tight is perfect
  • Make sure the pod tank is in good condition and there are no cracks
  • Check to make sure the silicone filling tab is closed correctly
Upon checking and correcting also clear any liquid that might have accumulated in the atomiser base.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY TWISP CLEARO POD?
We recommend cleaning the pod tank and atomiser base on a regular basis (recommend roughly after 10 refills).
Always clean and dry the pod tank if you are storing for a lengthy period. To clean:
  • Disassemble the pod tank into its component pieces
  • Remove the atomiser head and set aside
  • Rinse tank components thoroughly with warm water
  • Clean out any excess liquid that may have collected in the atomiser base by using a soft tissue or cloth
  • Wipe off any excess liquid from the base of the atomiser head
  • Reassemble and fill as per filling instructions
Important to note:
  • Do not expose the battery to any cleaning liquids
  • Do not use water to clean the atomiser heads/coils
WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT LED INDICATORS MEAN ON MY TWISP CLEARO POD?
  • Charge level indication takes place in the power button (main Indicator light) after every button press. The single LED light is used to indicate the level of the charge in 3 increments. A white indicates a 100-65% full battery. As the charge drops the light changes from white, to blue (65-30% full), and finally red (30-0%)
  • Charging is indicated by the same main indicator colour LED light, once charging initialises the light will briefly cycle through its 3 colours. As the charge increases, so does the colour index
  • Boost mode enabled: The boost indicator will light up white when the boost indicator button is pressed and activated. Pressing the same button will disable boost mode and revert the power output to normal, while turning off the indicator light
  • Connection error (short circuit): In the unlikely event that your atomiser head or battery short circuits, the power will shut off, and the top and bottom LED lights will flash alternately. Please reseat the atomiser head, and or the pod, or contact Vuse Care should the problem persist
  • Overheat protection: If the button is pressed for longer than 10 seconds, the power will shut off to prevent damage to the atomiser head, and the main indicator LED will cycle through the three colours for a few seconds. The device can continue to be used normally thereafter
  • Overcharging protection: To protect the battery, the charging power is shut-off when the charge is completed
  • Low voltage protection: When the battery voltage drops lower than required, the main indicator LED will flash 4 times in red and the device will lock. Charge the device and power it back on

TWISP | CLIQ

HOW DO I USE THE TWISP CLIQ DEVICE?
The Twisp Cliq uses an automatic airflow sensor to power up the device, this activates when you draw on the device.
Remove the Cliq pod, periodically, to check the Twisp eLiquid level (hold up to the light) then replace and use until empty.
Continued use, when empty, will result in a burnt flavour. When the Cliq pod is finished, dispose of, and replace with a fresh pod.
Cliq pods are pre-filled and sealed and cannot be refilled and should not be re-used once empty.
To use:
  • Remove the silicon plug from the Cliq pod, by gently pulling on the tab until it pulls out and away from the pod (be careful not to pull too hard or tug on the plug, as this will cause it to tear and not pull away correctly)
  • Insert the Cliq pod into the battery, it should snap in magnetically
  • Then draw gently from the mouthpiece. The indicator light in the Cliq device will illuminate
  • This is also the battery indicator and charging light
HOW DO I CLEAN MY TWISP CLIQ DEVICE?
The Twisp Cliq device has minimal to no maintenance needed. Although the Twisp Cliq does not need any maintenance, it is recommended to keep the vent holes free of dirt and the inside contacts clean (where the pod is inserted). WHY IS MY TWISP CUE POD LEAKING?

WHY ARE THE TWISP CUE PODS PREFILLED?
The Twisp Cue was designed with smokers in mind and ease of use is very important. Therefore, a simple to use system with no fuss of changing liquid or coils is what the Twisp Cue is all about.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY TWISP CUE DEVICE?
It is best for the battery’s longevity to not store the Cue for more than 2 weeks on an empty charge. When storing the device for longer than a month, it is best to fully charge the device and remove the Cue pod before storage.

TWISP | CUMULUS X

HOW DO I REPLACE THE PARTS ON MY TWISP CUMULUS X AIO TANK?
Replacing the tank is very easy:
  • Unscrew and remove the tank
  • Unscrew and remove the atomiser head
  • Purchase the spare tank kit and replace the tank with the new one supplied
  • Replace the rubber seals (if required)
  • Reassemble, making sure the seals are placed in their correct positions
HOW DO I REFILL MY TWISP CUMULUS X AIO?
  • Turn the device upside down
  • Grip the Twisp Cumulus X AIO battery with one hand and the tank with the other
  • Unscrew to open the atomiser
To till up to 2ml in liquid volume:
  • Without the atomiser head in place, fill the tank up to the top of the atomiser head
  • Turn the battery/base section upside down and attach to the tank
  • The tank is now filled to 2ml
3.5ml volume:
  • With the atomiser head attached, refill the tank until the wicking port is covered - no more. Overfilling the tank will cause a pressure lock and hamper wicking severely. It is best to always have some air in the tank
  • Turn the battery/base section upside down and attach to the tank
  • The tank is now filled to 3.5ml

Important to note: Do not fill up to the brim! Risk of pressure lock and burning of coil is very high.

  • Overfilling can lead to dry hits and burning of the coil. This is because there is no air in the tank, and this prevents the liquid inside from moving down into the wick
  • Overfilling is also messy and excess liquid can spill down into the centre of the coil and eventually leak out of the air vent. It is also likely to make a mess around the closure of the tank to the atomiser base
WHAT IS THE TWISP CUMULUS X AIO MESH COIL?
Traditional coil design (as used in the original Twisp Cumulus 0.4 ohm coil) relies on a small surface area of the dual coils to transfer heat onto the cotton wick containing the eLiquid to vaporise.
Mesh coils increase the overall surface area by using a mesh grid - increased surface area spreads out the heat and reduces hot-spots (which can burn the cotton wick) and create increased flavour and vapour production as a result.
HOW DO I REPLACE MY ATOMISER HEAD/COIL IN THE TWISP CUMULUS X AIO?
Replacing the atomiser head:
  • Turn the device upside down
  • Grip the Twisp Cumulus X AIO battery with one hand and the tank with the other
  • Unscrew to open the atomiser
  • The atomiser head should remain in the base, or it might have remained in the tank section. Should this happen use the included tool to unscrew the atomiser head from the tank
  • Remove the old atomiser head with the tank and dispose of responsibly
  • Drip 4-6 drops of flavour into the top of the new coil to prime it. The cotton feeding holes should turn from white to grey
  • Screw the new atomiser head into the base, or if you prefer a larger tank refill volume, attach the atomiser head onto the tank
  • Refill the tank to aid with priming the coil
  • Fasten the tank onto the battery and allow to soak for a few minutes before use
WHAT IS POWER (STL) VAPING?
With Power (STL) vaping you do not suck or puff into your mouth, but “breathe through” your atomiser, inhaling larger vapour from the coil.
WHY AM I GETTING A BURNT TASTE WHEN USING MY TWISP CUMULUS X AIO?
Never overfill the Twisp Cumulus X AIO. Overfilling the tank to the brim (above the wicking ports when the atomiser head is attached to the tank), will very easily cause a pressure lock to occur and hamper proper wicking and thereby cause dry hits. When this happens open the tank, and then close again allowing the pressure lock to dissipate or decant some of the liquid to allow for some air in your tank. You should be able to continue using the device.

If you continue to get a dry hit or burnt flavour, replace your atomiser head and make sure you are priming your coil as described below, and allowing it to soak for a few minutes before use.

Priming your Twisp Cumulus X AIO coil:
  • Turn the device upside down
  • Grip the Twisp Cumulus X AIO battery with one hand and the tank with the other
  • Unscrew to open the atomiser
  • The atomiser head should remain in the base, or it might have remained in the tank section. Should this happen use the included tool to unscrew the atomiser head from the tank
  • Remove the old atomiser head from the tank and dispose responsibly
  • Drip 5-6 drops of Twisp eLiquid into each feeding hole and 4 drops into the top of the new coil to prime it. The cotton feeding holes should turn from white to grey
  • Screw the new atomiser head into the base, or if you prefer a larger tank refill volume, attach the atomiser head onto the tank
  • Refill the tank to aid with priming the coil

WHY IS MY TWISP CUMULUS X AIO TANK LEAKING?

  • If these suggestions still do not prevent leaking, swap out the atomiser head for a new one

The Twisp Tyko Plus AIO features a finely tuned coil and airflow system for Classic (MTL) vaping. The lower power requirements reflect this.

When using the Twisp Tyko Plus AIO with the dedicated Power (STL) atomiser head and the STL mouthpiece, the Tyko Plus AIO changes into a very capable starter STL vape pen. The smart button keeps you constantly informed on battery level, and it delivers power at a constant 28W.
WHICH ATOMISER HEAD/COIL OF MY TWISP TYKO PLUS AIO SHOULD I CHOOSE?
The two atomiser head options will not perform equally. The Twisp Tyko Plus AIO is supplied standard as a Classic (MTL) device. However, it is a hybrid tank and can be used in a Power (STL) fashion.
To clearly make the distinction: the golden coloured coil is for high performance Power (STL) vaping, while the silver coloured atomiser head is for Classic (MTL) vaping. The two atomiser heads also differ in two other ways:
  • the wicking holes differ in size
  • the airflow holes differ in size
Important to note:
  • To prolong atomiser head life, we recommend using the Classic (MTL) airflow sections with the 1.2ohm Classic (MTL) atomiser head. The slot vent is for use with the 0.4ohm power (STL) atomiser head

HOW DO I REPLACE THE ATOMISER HEAD/COIL OF MY TWISP TYKO PLUS AIO?
To replace the atomiser head:
  • Unscrew and remove the battery from the tank
  • Holding the closed tank upside down (mouthpiece pointing to the floor), simply pull the used atomiser head out from the tank and dispose responsibly
  • Prime the new coil by dripping at least 5 drops of Twisp eLiquid into the top of the atomiser head, to help soak the wick before heating
  • Simply push the new atomiser head into the tank and screw the battery back on
  • If your tank already contains liquid, open the top of the tank for a second or two to release any trapped air to allow wicking and avoid a dry burn
  • Be sure to allow the new atomiser head to soak for at least a few minutes before using
  • Please do not use water to clean the atomiser head
HOW DO I REFILL MY TWISP TYKO PLUS AIO?
  • Hold the Tyko Plus AIO the right way up
  • Grip the glass section of the tank with one hand, the top cap with the other, and unscrew
  • Fill the tank through one of the two outer ports, to just below the metal cut-out area
  • Replace and fasten the top cap, while holding the glass, to prevent over-tightening the tank to the base
  • Finger-tight is fine
The Twisp Tyko Plus AIO tank features top fill system for convenience. The tank holds 2ml of eLiquid.
Important to note:
  • Do not leave the top cap section off the tank for too long when filling as flooding of the coil head might occur. We recommend you close the airflow before opening the tank and work quickly. Should this happen close the tank as you would normally do and unscrew the tank base. Clean out any excess liquid in the liquid trap of the battery cup
  • Leaking usually means a compromised seal or cracked glass that lets air into the tank. Because of this, to prevent possible leaking into the atomiser base and out of the airflow control slots, it is important to check your glass and ensure that the inner assembly is firmly tightened to properly sandwich the tank glass between the seals and metal components. We recommend checking this before filling, and especially when new and out of the box. This is the only assembly which we recommend being more than finger tight
  • It is also very important to ensure that all seals are present and correctly fitted
  • Aside from the inner assembly, the atomiser base and top cap should not be overtightened. Finger tight is fine for these parts
  • Refill your tank when the liquid level drops to just above the wicking ports, before completely empty, to ensure your atomiser heads last longer. If you taste a burnt flavour it is due to the atomiser head drawing insufficient flavour. Refill immediately when this occurs, or you will run the risk of wearing out the atomiser head or burning it out completely
  • Refill through the curved ports on either side of the central air tube. Fill up to just below these ports. Avoid trying to overfill or flavour will spill over into the air channel and the lack of air on top can result in poorer wicking of liquid to the coil
  • Replace the tank top to close and seal the tank. Always hold the glass section with one hand, while tightening the tank top, to avoid over tightening and jamming the connection to the battery
  • Always allow a new atomiser head to soak for at least a few minutes before using
WHY IS MY TWISP TYKO PLUS AIO TANK LEAKING?
With the Tyko Plus AIO push-in atomiser head design, the atomiser head is always located and pushed in properly when the tank is closed. Make sure the tank and atomiser base are properly screwed together - finger tight is perfect.
If your tank still leaks out of the vent, please check the following:
  • Check to make sure the top cap is properly screwed down and that the tank top is sealed. Finger tight is perfect (do not over-tighten)
  • Check that the top cap seal is correctly seated on the inside of the top cap
  • Check that the tank is correctly assembled and that the glass cylinder is correctly seated and making a good seal with the top and bottom tank seals
  • Check that the glass cylinder is not damaged or cracked
  • Check that the seals on the atomiser head is in place, and intact. Without these seals in good condition the risk of leaking is very high

  • Holding the closed tank upside down (mouthpiece pointing downward), unscrew and remove the battery from the tank
  • Simply pull the used atomiser head out from the tank and dispose responsibly
  • It is recommended to prime the new atomiser head by dripping a few drops of flavour into the top of the atomiser head to soak the wick before refilling
  • Simply push the new atomiser head into the tank, return the battery to the tank and screw closed
  • Draw air through the mouthpiece a few times with the airflow wide open before first use to avoid a dry burn
  • Be sure to allow the new atomiser head to soak for at least a couple of minutes before use
  • Please do not use water to clean the atomiser head
HOW DO I PRIME MY TWISP AERO 2 ATOMISER HEAD/COIL?
Should you experience a ‘burnt taste, this is most likely due to the atomiser head not wicking correctly. Check the following:
  • Be sure to prime new atomiser heads correctly - drip 2-3 drops of liquid on each wick hole of the atomiser head to help soak the cotton wick
  • Refill the tank after every atomiser head change and allow a few minutes for the wick to soak before use

HOW MUCH LIQUID DOES THE TWISP AERO 2 AIO TANK HOLD?

WHEN SHOULD I REFILL MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO?
Consider refilling your tank before completely empty. There should always be some liquid covering the wicking holes on the inside of the tank. If you taste a burnt flavour the atomiser may have run dry. The atomiser should be replaced.
WHY IS MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO LEAKING?
The Twisp Aero 2 atomiser head should always be located and lightly pushed into the tank until a firm seal is created and properly inserted when the tank is closed. Make sure the tank and atomiser base/battery are properly screwed together – finger-tight is perfect.
If your tank still leaks out of the vent, please check the following:
  • Do not leave the top cap section off the tank for too long when filling, flooding of the coil head might occur. If this does happen, please ensure you remove the coil, wrap in a tissue and shake out excess eLiquid. Once completed, the coil can be inserted back into your Twisp Aero 2 device
  • Check to make sure the top cap is properly screwed down and that the tank top is sealed. Finger-tight is perfect (do not over-tighten)
  • Check that the top cap seal is correctly seated on the inside of the top cap
  • Check that the tank is correctly assembled and that the glass cylinder is sealed between the top and bottom tank seals
  • Check that the glass cylinder is not damaged or cracked
We recommend that the inner tank assembly is firmly tightened before filling and using for the first time. Ensure that the inner assembly is firmly tightened to properly sandwich the tank glass between the metal parts, but avoid over-tightening the tank top cap and battery, or they might get jammed. Finger-tight is fine for these parts.
HOW DO I REPLACE MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO GLASS?
Replacing the glass tank is very easy:
CAUTION: if the glass is broken, take care when removing any shards and take appropriate measures to protect your hands before unscrewing the tank.
  • Unscrew and remove the tank top
  • Unscrew and remove the atomiser base
  • Grip the metal parts on either side of the glass with both hands, unfasten by firmly rotating anticlockwise
  • Pull the metal parts apart to be able to carefully remove the damaged glass cylinder
  • Replace the rubber seals (if required) and glass cylinder
  • Reassemble
HOW DO I CLEAN MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO?
The Twisp Aero 2 AIO tank is a slightly more complex atomiser than our other tanks, but it can be completely disassembled for cleaning, which makes thorough cleaning much easier.
The knurling area of the Aero 2 tank could also trap dirt and grime (depending how you treat your tank). To clean, use a soft bristle brush to scrub the part. The Twisp cleaning kit bristle brush is a perfect option. If grime is a little stubborn, you can use a tiny amount of dish washing liquid. Make sure that no water enters the top of the battery or enters the charging ports. The knurling on the top cap can easily be cleaned after disassembly.
The tank section should be cleaned on a regular basis (recommend every flavour change / coil change) as trapped liquid can accumulate over time. This will show up as a dark band at the base of the glass tank, this is normal, and can easily be avoided by cleaning the tank.
Always clean and dry the tank before storing or without using for any length of time.
Full clean:
  • Disassemble the tank into its component pieces and remove from battery. Set battery aside
  • Remove atomiser head and set aside
  • Wash tank components thoroughly with warm water
  • Allow components to dry on a cloth or soft tissue before reassembling
  • Wipe the battery section with an alcohol wipe, do not use water

HOW DO I ADJUST THE AIRFLOW ON MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO?
The Twisp Aero 2 is an uncompromising Classic (MTL) device with adjustable airflow by means of a unique, side slide adjustment lever that stops at a minimum and maximum setting for restricted MTL and open MTL draw, respectively. The Twisp Aero 2 is not designed for a Power (STL) experience. Adjust airflow to the desired setting by shifting the airflow control levers to the right for maximum airflow, or to the left for minimum airflow.

HOW DO I ADJUST THE POWER SETTINGS ON MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO?
The Twisp Aero 2 can be set to 5 different regulated power settings by means of the smart button. The power is kept constant to ensure a consistent performance in vaping experience. The power range for the Twisp Aero 2 ranges from minimum to maximum in 5 steps; and one might find that one setting is better suited to some flavours than the other. It is a matter of taste. The lower settings will pro-long battery life.
To set your preferred power level follow the steps below:
  • Press your smart button 3 times in rapid succession
  • The LEDs should now be flashing and displaying the current power level
  • Continue to press your smart button to cycle through the power settings (cycles in a clockwise direction)
  • When your LED is displaying your preferred power level, press and hold the smart button to accept
  • Your selected power mode will stay the same when you power your device on/off
MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO IS NOT HOLDING CHARGE?
The Twisp Aero 2 AIO should be able to deliver ±550 puffs on a full charge. If this is not enough, check what power setting your Aero 2 AIO is set to, sometimes changing to a lower power setting will still be acceptable and extend your battery life.
HOW DO I USE MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO?
  • Power On/Off: Click the button 5 times in rapid succession to power the Aero 2 on/off
  • Press and hold the button to activate the atomiser during use
  • Atomiser heads wear out over time and will need replacing when vapour production diminishes
  • For optimal results, please power off your device when not in use, to prevent accidental activation
  • The Aero 2 can be set to 5 different regulated power settings by means of the smart button. The power is kept constant to ensure consistent performance and vaping experience
  • Power level: To set your preferred power level, press the smart button 3x in rapid succession. The LEDs will flash with the current power level setting.   • Adjustable airflow: slide the airflow control lever on the battery to the left to decrease, or to the right to increase the airflow
  • A small amount of leaking from the air vents can be normal. Wipe away excess flavour after filling or when present. It is important to not leave your tank open for longer than necessary when refilling. Flavour will wick through, flooding the atomizer head and eventually leaking out of the vents if the tank is left open for too long
  • Be sure to clean the device after opening, wipe the seals dry and any excess Twisp eLiquid that might have accumulated in the mouthpiece, central air tube or on the battery
WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT LED LIGHT INDICATORS MEAN ON MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO?
  • Charge level indication takes place around the button after every button press. Five LED lights are used to indicate the level of the charge in 20% increments. A full ring indicates a full battery. As the charge drops the lights go out in an anti-clockwise direction
  • Charging is indicated by the same five LED lights. As the charge increases, so do the number of lights, in a clockwise direction
  • Short circuit protection: In the unlikely event that your atomiser head or battery short circuits, the power will shut off, and the top two LED lights will flash alternately. Please change your atomiser head or contact Vuse Care should the problem persist
  • Overheat protection: If the button is pressed for longer than 10 seconds, the power will shut off to prevent damage to the atomiser head, and the button lights will cycle anti-clockwise for few seconds. The device can continue to be used normally thereafter
  • Low voltage protection: When the battery voltage drops lower than required, a single LED will flash at the 1 o’clock position and the device will power off. Charge the device and power it back on
HOW DO IS STORE MY TWISP AERO 2 AIO FOR LONG PERIODS?
When storing your device, follow the steps below to ensure that your device is stored correctly, and no damage occurs during this period:
  • Empty your tank and clean your device thoroughly
  • It is best to remove the coil when storing the device to avoid any form of leakage
  • Do not store the battery on a full charge or low battery, the correct power level to store would be at 50-70% battery life
  • Ensure to charge the battery up to 50% every 3 months to ensure no damage is caused to your lithium battery

The Twisp app works on a point system, where for every 20ml Twisp eLiquid purchased at a Twisp store, one (1) point will be allocated to you. Once you have earned 7 (seven) points, it entitles you to one (1) free 20ml Twisp eLiquid that Is redeemable with your next purchase of a Twisp 20 ml eLiquid at a Twisp store.

HOW DO I CLAIM A REWARD OR PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER?
“Rewards” is where you can view your reward and promotion vouchers available for redemption. The Flavour reward voucher is earned once you have reached your 7th stamp. When you would like to redeem your voucher, you would need to provide the voucher to the Vuse agent when visiting a Store Locator.

To access your Reward, click on the "menu" icon (3 horizontal lines in the top left corner), click on "Rewards" and choose which rewards voucher you would like to use and click on "Use". Take note that when claiming the “Flavour reward” voucher, you would need to select 2 liquids of your choice. One would have to be purchased and one will be free of charge.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS?
The “loyalty card” is where you can view your current stamps earned. There are 6 circular blank blocks. The 7th block has a crown. The crown represents the voucher achievement. Once you have earned 7 full stamps, the stamps will be converted into a “Flavour reward” voucher. The Flavour reward is a “Buy 1 & Get 1 Free” voucher.
